- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
- Configure and support SAP CRM functionalities including:
- Sales
- Service
- Marketing
- Interaction Center (IC)
- Business Partner Management
- Activity Management
- Work on SAP CRM middleware and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for RICEFW objects.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
