- Development of ABAP reports and Interfaces within CRM system




- Development and maintenance of External interfaces using WEBSERVICES – Config/changes.
- CRM components like TREX/GWARE server setup
- Identifying Notes to support various user requirements.
- CRM SALES and SERVICE processes customizing changes.
- Sap CRM Mobility , overview of DOE, SUP.
- Overview of Fiori.
