Skills: SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant

Location: Vizag

Experience Range: 5 to 10 years Must Have Skills: 1. Design, configure, and support SAP Controlling (CO) solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations.

- Work on CO modules including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Implement and support costing processes such as standard costing, actual costing, and variance analysis.
- Analyze manufacturing cost structures and optimize cost control mechanisms.
- Collaborate with Finance (FI) team for seamless FI-CO integration and financial reporting.
- Support product costing, cost roll-ups, and material price determination processes.
- Configure and maintain controlling area, cost elements, cost centers, and profit centers.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities including allocations and settlements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
- Analyze variances in production, inventory, and overhead costs to improve profitability.
- Integrate SAP CO with modules like MM, PP, SD,



and FI for end-to-end business processes.
- Develop reports and dashboards using SAP reporting tools (Report Painter, Fiori, BW if applicable).
- Perform system testing (unit, SIT, UAT) to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to costing and controlling processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams globally.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes. 18.

Required Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate – Management Accounting (CO), SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred), ITIL Foundation. 19.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Fiori apps.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with manufacturing domain experience.
