Tata Power is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Billing and a working understanding of other IS-U modules such as DM, EDM, AMI, CS, and FI-CA. The consultant will support end-to-end utility business processes, system enhancements, integrations, and production support across Tata Power’s IS-U landscape.

Key Responsibilities

SAP IS-U Billing (Primary Focus)

- Lead and support SAP IS-U Billing configuration and enhancements
- Handle billing schemas, rate determination, variant programs, and billing master data




- Support complex billing scenarios (TOU, Net Metering, Solar, Prepaid/Postpaid, HT/LT consumers)
- Analyze and resolve billing and invoicing issues
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide functional solutions

Cross-Module IS-U Knowledge
- Work with Device Management (DM) and EDM for meter and consumption data
- Understand AMI integrations and smart meter data flow
- Support Customer Service (CS) processes (move-in, move-out, disconnection, reconnection)
- Collaborate with FI-CA for billing-to-collection and reconciliation processes
