:

- Hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, including NetWeaver, Enhancement Packs (EHP), Support Package Stacks (SPS), and Kernel upgrades.
- Lead SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion projects using SAP best practices.
- Perform SAP system refreshes, homogeneous/heterogeneous system copies, and client copies.
- Execute OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions, and SAP HANA database upgrades/migrations.
- Utilize SAP tools such as Software Update Manager (SUM), Database Migration Option (DMO), Maintenance Planner, and SPAM/SAINT.
- Conduct pre-upgrade assessments, simplification item checks, custom code remediation, and readiness analysis.
- Plan and execute mock upgrades, dry runs, production cutovers, and post-go-live support.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP system performance during upgrades and migrations.
- Collaborate with functional, infrastructure, and database teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain technical documentation,



upgrade procedures, and migration runbooks.
- Stay updated with SAP release strategies, maintenance recommendations, and industry best practices.
- Experience with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- SAP Basis and/or SAP HANA certifications are preferred.
- Experience working on multiple end-to-end SAP upgrade or migration projects.
- Exposure to SAP ECS, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and automation tools is an advantage.
