Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of SAP Ariba and drive supply chain digitization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, procurement transformation, and enterprise software deployment, with a focus on delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management, etc.)

- Manage cross-functional project teams including IT, procurement, finance, and external vendors

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes

- Ensure data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing are executed effectively

- Drive change management and user training to ensure successful adoption





- Report project status and KPIs to senior leadership and stakeholders

- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement in the supply chain

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, IT, or related field

- 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in SAP Ariba implementation

- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes

- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

- Experience with integration of SAP Ariba with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with digital procurement trends and tools

- Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
