Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with robust expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, SAP Ariba configuration, implementation, production support, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing SAP Ariba solutions, configuring modules to meet business requirements, and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure SAP Ariba solutions based on business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and supplier collaboration.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure SAP Ariba modules, workflows, approval rules, catalogs, purchasing policies, and integration settings.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution for production incidents.
- Analyze, prioritize, and resolve support tickets while meeting defined SLAs.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, patches, and change requests.
- Create functional documentation, configuration documents, SOPs,



and user guides.
- Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and organizational standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba configuration and implementation.
- Experience with SAP Ariba Buying, Invoicing, Catalog Management, and Supplier Management.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
- Experience in incident management, ticketing, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience working with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of workflows, approval processes, master data, and procurement best practices.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
