Description

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop and enhance RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Build and optimize CDS Views, AMDP, and OData Services.
- Develop applications using ABAP Objects (OO ABAP) and RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
- Customize and enhance SAP standard functionality using User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework, and Implicit/Explicit Enhancements.
- Develop SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, and output management solutions.
- Build integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and SAP Gateway.
- Perform custom code remediation and optimization for S/4HANA migration and upgrades.
- Work with SAP Fiori/UI5 backend services and OData integrations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, performance tuning, debugging, and defect resolution.




- Support production issues, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Prepare technical specifications, functional documentation, and knowledge transfer documents.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or support projects.
- Expertise in OO ABAP, Data Dictionary, ALV Reports, Module Pool, Dialog Programming.
- Strong knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, HANA SQL, and Code Pushdown concepts.
- Experience with OData Services, SAP Gateway, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, Proxies, ALE/EDI.
- Experience with SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, and Output Management.
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Knowledge of Enhancement Framework, BAdIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Spots.
- Familiarity with ATC, Code Inspector, Transport Management, and SAP development lifecycle.
