Job Role: SAP ABAP Developer (SAP BTP)

Location: Pune (Hybrid – Kharadi)

Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days WFO & 2 Days WFH)

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (Flexible)

Must-Have Skills: SAP ABAP, SAP S/4HANA, Classical ABAP, CDS Views, RAP, Fiori/OData, SAP BTP Exposure, Minimum 1 End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Implementation.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with SAP BTP exposure to join our growing SAP practice. The ideal candidate will have a robust foundation in Classical ABAP along with hands-on experience in modern SAP development technologies, supporting enterprise implementations, migrations, enhancements, and production support.

This is a client-facing technical role supporting high-profile UK and GCC-based customers. The selected consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable SAP solutions using SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP.

Develop and support Classical ABAP objects, including Reports, Module Pool Programs, BAdIs, IDocs, SmartForms, and Enhancements.

Build and maintain CDS Views and develop applications using the RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming) model.

Develop and enhance SAP Fiori applications and OData services.

Work with SAP BTP services such as Integration Suite (CPI), SAP Build, CAP Model, or BTP Administration.

Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, enhancement, and production support projects.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Perform debugging, code optimization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.





Prepare technical documentation and participate in client meetings and solution discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.

Minimum one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project.

Solid expertise in Classical ABAP development, including Reports, Module Pool Programming, BAdIs, IDocs, SmartForms, and Enhancements.

Hands-on experience with CDS Views, RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), and SAP Fiori/OData development.

Exposure to at least one SAP BTP service such as Integration Suite (CPI), SAP Build, CAP Model, or BTP Administration.

Strong understanding of object-oriented ABAP, SAP development standards, and performance optimization.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and confidently interact with international clients.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP Build, or CAP Model.

Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 development.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA extensibility and cloud-native SAP development.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate
