Role Description The Salon Manager is a full time, on-site role based at HAIR RAP BY YOYO in Ahmedabad. This role oversees daily salon operations, including managing appointment schedules, ensuring a high standard of client service, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

The Salon

Manager supervises and supports salon staff, coordinates training, and ensures services align with the brand’s creative and quality standards.





Responsibilities include handling client inquiries and feedback, monitoring inventory and product usage, and managing cash and basic administrative tasks. The role also involves participating in local marketing initiatives, helping to build client loyalty, and supporting the growth of the salon’s reputation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in cosmetology and hair care, with a solid understanding of current trends and techniques.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to provide a welcoming, professional experience for every client.
- Candidates should possess hiring and basic people management skills to recruit, onboard, and support salon team members effectively.
- Additional beneficial skills include team leadership, scheduling and time management, inventory control, and basic sales or marketing knowledge.
- Previous experience in a salon management or senior stylist role, and relevant professional training or certification in cosmetology or hairdressing, is highly preferred.
