Role Description The Salesperson at EXCEL LOGISTIX is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals that align with company targets. The Salesperson will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and high-quality service delivery. The role also involves tracking sales performance,



maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing market feedback to support pricing and service improvements.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to identify leads, develop new business, and manage client relationships in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain logistics solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools, and basic proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Solid understanding of logistics or willingness to learn quickly about transportation, warehousing, and supply chain concepts.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented approach with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and meet clients at their locations when needed.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or related sales fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
