Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in Jalandhar. The Salesperson will engage with potential guests and corporate clients, present accommodation options, and clearly explain pricing, amenities, and services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inquiries, following up on leads, handling reservations, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The role also involves building strong relationships with repeat guests, collaborating with the front office and marketing teams, and identifying opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue.



The Salesperson is expected to represent BNB Luxury Rooms professionally at all times and provide responsive, courteous support to all guests and partners.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings and maintain long-term client connections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests.
- Basic proficiency in using computers and reservation or CRM systems, with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar, adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred; a diploma or degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field is an advantage.
