- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in Salesforce implementation and development.
- Telecom domain experience is mandatory.
- Salesforce Expertise:
- Hands-on configuration skills (custom fields, objects, workflows, process builders, flows, SOQL/SOSL, profiles, permission sets).
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Deployment experience using ANT migration tool, Workbench, Jenkins, or COPADO.
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud implementation experience.
- Vlocity Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Vlocity telecommunication module.
- Expertise in Vlocity Integration Procedures, Omniscripts, and Cards.
- Integration Knowledge:
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce data migrations.
- Additional Skills:
- Robust debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with UX design and interactive UI development.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
