Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience who possess strong practical expertise, rather than general Salesforce knowledge, along with relevant SFMC certifications.

- Strong understanding of Core SQL, including joins, deduplication logic, and Data Views.

- Hands-on experience with Automation Studio, including File Import, File Transfer, and Data Extract activities.





- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize Journey Builder implementations.

- Strong development skills in Email HTML and AMPscript.

- Solid foundational knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its core capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to participate in technical discussions, share project experience, explain best practices, and demonstrate how they have resolved complex business and technical challenges.
