About the Role

Ri8 Solution Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Consultant to join our team for a high-impact Salesforce transformation project. This role offers the opportunity to work on the latest Salesforce technologies, including Marketing Cloud Next , Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) , and the Salesforce Core Platform.

Please Note: This is not a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement role. Candidates with Marketing Cloud Engagement experience are encouraged to apply only if they have hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and the Salesforce Core Platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Data Cloud (Data 360) data models, identity resolution, and calculated insights.
- Build and manage audience segments, campaigns, and campaign flows from design to deployment.
- Configure sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), domain setup, IP warming, and email deliverability.
- Implement consent and preference management in compliance with industry standards.
- Create responsive email templates using the Salesforce Lightning Email Builder.
- Design Campaign, Campaign Member, and lead lifecycle processes within Salesforce.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and support testing activities.
- Document technical solutions and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) .
- Expertise in Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Unified Individual, Data Graphs, and Audience Segmentation.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce Core Platform, including Flow Builder, custom objects, automation, and permission sets.
- Experience with Campaign and Campaign Member architecture.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, sender authentication, and suppression management.
- Experience implementing consent and preference management (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).
- Hands-on experience building responsive email templates using Lightning Email Builder.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement experience.
- Agentforce and Prompt Builder knowledge.
- Marketing Cloud migration/coexistence experience.
- Data Cloud SQL.
- Marketing Intelligence and Reporting.
- Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
