Salesforce Developer - As a Salesforce Developer, youll translate complex business challenges into elegant solutions that power how we serve thousands of customers globally. Required Technical Skills:

- Apex Development: 3+ years writing production Apex code including triggers, batch classes, schedulers, and web services

- Lightning Web Components: Hands-on experience building modern UI components with LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

- API Integration: Proven experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations with external systems; understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware platforms

- Data Querying: Strong command of SOQL and SOSL for efficient data retrieval and manipulation

- Declarative Tools: Ample experience with Flow to optimize when to build vs. configure

- Testing: Experience writing comprehensive test classes with meaningful assertions and coverage

- Platform Governance: Deep understanding of governor limits, best practices, and secure coding patterns

- Version Control: Proficiency with CI/CD platforms such as Git, Copado, and Flosum, including branching,



merging, and pull requests

Required Experience Education:

- Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with demonstrated progression in complexity and responsibility

- Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Required Professional Skills:

- Problem Solving: Ability to break down complex requirements and design elegant, maintainable solutions

- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Project Management: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in sprint-based development cycles; Proven ability to estimate development effort, prioritize tasks, and deliver on commitments

- Collaboration: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

- Adaptability: Quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces current tools and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

- Platform Developer II certification or other advanced Salesforce credentials

- Agentforce development experience

- Experience with Marketing Cloud, customer interaction platforms / CTIs (ex: Nice, Genesys), and ERP
