Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Developer based in Hyderabad, you will serve as a technical anchor for our CRM practice, translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, including architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders, to design and implement custom features that drive operational efficiency. Your daily contributions will directly influence the performance and reliability of our clients' Salesforce environments, ensuring that every deployment enhances user experience and supports critical business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components to meet specific client business needs.
- Architect complex triggers and asynchronous processes to ensure data integrity and system scalability across large enterprise environments.




- Collaborate with solution architects to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with best practices and platform limitations.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews and unit testing to maintain high standards of code quality and minimize technical debt.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, providing timely support to stakeholders to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Optimize existing Salesforce implementations by identifying performance bottlenecks and refactoring legacy code for improved efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing complex business logic using Apex, including advanced trigger frameworks and batch processing.
- Proven ability to design and implement custom user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and Aura frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and the ability to write highly optimized, scalable code.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Professional experience spanning 6 to 10 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a deep understanding of the platform's security model and data architecture.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Hyderabad, maintaining high levels of productivity and engagement with the local team.
