 Design, implement, and maintain complex REST/SOAP integrations, Platform Events,

and external service connections.

 Build and enhance Service Cloud features (Cases, OmniChannel, Entitlements,

Knowledge, CTI).

 Develop and configure Agentforce automations and agent workflows grounded in

Salesforce data.

 Create reusable components, integration frameworks, and custom modules.
