Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer who can design, develop, and maintainenterprise-grade analytics solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in CRM Analytics datasets, dataflows, recipes, dashboards, security, and integration with Salesforce CRM data.
Key Responsibilities Experience - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM)
- Design and develop CRM Analytics dashboards, lenses, and applications.
- Build and optimize Dataflows and Recipes for data transformation.
- Develop datasets from Salesforce and external data sources.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) using Security Predicates and Sharing Inheritance.
- Create advanced SAQL queries for custom analytics requirements.
- Develop CRM Analytics widgets, bindings, interactions,
and dynamic dashboards.
- Optimize dashboard performance and dataset refresh schedules.
- Integrate CRM Analytics with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot data refresh failures and dashboard performance issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Support deployment using Salesforce DevOps processes (Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Follow Salesforce best practices for scalability, security, and governance.
- Have strong understanding of Sales & Service Cloud, Agentforce and Agentic AI
- Well versed in designing the lightning reports and dashboards
