Role Summary Lead the architecture and governance of our Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and cutting-edge Agentic AI (Copado Agentia). You will transition our release management from assisted delivery to autonomous execution while ensuring strict compliance, security, and human-in-the-loop guardrails.

Key Responsibilities

- AgentOps Architecture: Design and govern Copado Agentia workflows. Map metadata and compliance policies into context-aware AI agents to automate code generation, validations, and deployments.

- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Own end-to-end Copado pipelines (Git to Salesforce). Enforce strict branching models (e.g., GitFlow), resolve merge conflicts, and embed continuous testing (CRT).

- Governance &
- Guardrails:

Establish strict quality gates and fallback metrics for AI-generated code. Ensure all autonomous actions comply with security and data privacy standards.

- Leadership &

- ROI:

Mentor Salesforce developers on AgentOps best practices and define KPI dashboards to track release velocity and technical debt reduction.
