We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Salesforce Business Analyst to drive business process improvements and optimize Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are effectively translated into scalable and data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions Prepare documentation such as BRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes Analyze business data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities Facilitate communication between business and technical teams Support implementation and ensure successful delivery of solutions Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements Assist in UAT and provide stakeholder training Required Skills

Needs analysis and requirement gathering Business case definition Requirements documentation and validation Process mapping and workflow design Wireframing and solution planning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Salesforce & Technical Knowledge

Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM Familiarity with AppExchange and integrations Knowledge of automation tools (Flows, Process Builder) Understanding of Salesforce data management Experience with reports and dashboards Awareness of sales and marketing processes Certifications (Required/Preferred)
