- Conduct training programs for Banca Partners, including product and sales training for both internal and off-role employees.
- Develop and implement the training calendar, ensuring timely execution of sessions.
- Provide on-field support to employees in coordination with Banca Partners.
- Create and customize training content as per the requirements of Banca Partners and the L&D; team.
- Assess and track the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance analysis.
- Prepare and submit training reports to the L&D; team within the defined TAT.
- Conduct training sessions for other sales channels as needed.
