Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience) About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our Unsecured Business Loan sales process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in DSA, NBFC, or banking sales and be capable of managing a team of 6–8 telecallers while consistently achieving sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of 6–8 telecallers.

Drive sales for unsecured business loans. Monitor daily calling, lead follow-ups, and conversion rates. Train and coach team members to improve productivity. Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.

Maintain quality standards and sales discipline. Coordinate with operations and lenders for smooth loan processing. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.





Eligibility: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in unsecured business loan sales. At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader managing a sales team. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Good knowledge of business loan products, eligibility, and documentation.

Experience with CRM and lead management is preferred.
