Roles & Responsibilities

- Recruit and handle the Field Sales Team.
- Train and guide team members to improve their performance.
- Visit the market to generate new business.
- Conduct team meetings and training sessions.
- Help the team acquire current customers.
- Monitor and review the team's performance regularly.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve the assigned sales and business targets.

Candidate Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree.




- Minimum 2+ year of Field Sales experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
