Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for supervising the sales team, setting daily targets, and monitoring performance to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The Sales Team

Lead will coordinate sales activities in-store, guide team members on product knowledge, and ensure consistent customer service standards. Daily tasks include analyzing sales reports, implementing promotional strategies, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with management on pricing and inventory decisions. The role also involves training new team members, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining compliance with company policies and food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Sales skills and proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills, including coaching, delegation,



and performance monitoring.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to address inquiries, build relationships, and handle issues professionally.

Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.

Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track trends, and support decision-making.

Experience in retail, food products, or organic goods sales is beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in Surat, including weekends or peak business hours as needed.

Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
