Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with proficiency in English
- Only Candidates in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the order process & delivery timelines
- Co-ordination with Sales Divn for the orders & updates
- Follow up with customers for Business Development projects
- Preparation of MIS & Sales Report
- Scheduling Sales and Business meetings
- Receiving follow up with sales team
- Coordinating & communication with customers for inquiries and responses
- Update databases, Data entry and CRM management
- Follow up for pending payments
