Role Description The Sales Trainer at Bookmyacre will be responsible for designing and delivering effective sales training programs for on-site sales teams in Noida. This full time role includes developing training materials, conducting workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

The Sales

Trainer will assess skill gaps, track training outcomes, and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.



The role involves collaborating with sales leadership to align training content with business goals, supporting customer-facing excellence, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of luxury real estate offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and effective Communication abilities.
- Candidates should possess experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills focused on client satisfaction and relationship building.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or in a similar training role, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Ability to design structured training content, measure training effectiveness, and adapt methods for diverse teams.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida with cross-functional teams and managing multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
