Role Description The Sales Support Coordinator is a full-time role based in Pune. This role supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, preparing quotations and proposals, and maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation.

The coordinator will handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, assist with order processing, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include generating reports, tracking sales activities, updating CRM systems, and supporting communication between sales representatives and customers. The role requires consistent collaboration, attention to detail,



and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, prepare reports, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
- Administrative Assistance experience, including documentation management, scheduling, and CRM or database upkeep.
- Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools, especially spreadsheets and presentations.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing responsibilities both onsite in Mumbai and from home.
- Relevant experience in sales support, customer service, or operations coordination is preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
