Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to any issues that impact sales directly.

- Oversee the growth of assigned markets and client accounts.

- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior management and investors.

- Manage client relations effectively.

- Follow up on sales inquiries on time.

- Understand and address client requirements and feedback.

- Analyze market trends to inform strategy.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing department on strategic initiatives.

- Develop and present relevant business proposals.

- Identify and pursue prospective sales leads.

- Recognize and capitalise on new business opportunities.

- Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients.

- Update and maintain customer records accurately.

Requirements

Candidate requirement

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.





- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles.

- Experience in the same industry is required.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in networking, project management, and problem-solving.

- Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization, and execution for business growth.

- Capability to adapt to the company’s culture and effectively lead teams.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Zoho CRM)

- Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month
