We are looking for a Sales Specialist who is passionate about selling, building customer relationships and converting enquiries into successful orders.

Position: Sales SpecialistThe ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer enquiries across multiple platforms and capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle—from enquiry to order closure.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management

- Handle enquiries from:
- WhatsApp Business
- IndiaMART
- Alibaba
- Justdial
- Company Website
- Social Media
- Walk-in Customers
- Respond promptly to all enquiries and maintain a high conversion rate.

Sales &

• Customer Consultation

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing and benefits.
- Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Quotations &

• Follow-ups

- Prepare quotations for retail,



wholesale and corporate customers.
- Follow up consistently until the enquiry is closed.
- Handle negotiations within company guidelines.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of active leads.

Corporate &

• B2B Sales

- Manage enquiries for:
- Corporate Gifting
- Wedding Gifting
- Hotels &

• Restaurants (HORECA)

- Dealers &

• Distributors

- Bulk Orders
- Export Customers
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain key accounts.

Order Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch and accounts teams.
- Ensure timely order processing and customer updates.
- Resolve customer issues professionally.

Sales Reporting
- Maintain enquiry records and customer data.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales targets and conversion performance.

Skills Required
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience .
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English .
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, IndiaMART, Alibaba, Justdial and CRM tools .
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Customer-focused with a target-driven mindset.
