Position: Field Desktop Support Engineer Crown Technologies is seeking Desktop Support Engineers for school campuses in Puttaparthi & Bangalore. This is a full time, Field Job role as a Field Desktop Support Engineer onsite at schools.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain all hardware and networking equipment, including laptops, CPUs, monitors, CCTVs, IFPD panels, printers, and projectors at the school campus. Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and related devices. Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all IT infrastructure. Support and participate in school cultural activities. Assist with animation, video design, and graphic design projects as needed.
