Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Representative Intern to support our outreach and communication activities. The intern will interact with candidates, institutions, and other stakeholders over calls, provide relevant information, maintain call records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to candidates, institutes, and other stakeholders as assigned.
2. Explain programs, initiatives, and opportunities clearly and professionally.
3.
Follow up with candidates and institutions regarding registrations, documentation, and scheduled activities.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
5. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
6. Escalate queries or concerns to the respective team whenever required.
7. Meet daily calling and follow-up targets.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Fresh graduate or final-year student from any relevant field.
2. Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
3. Confident and qualified telephone etiquette.
4. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
5. Good interpersonal and listening skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and maintain accurate records.
7. Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
