Job Title: Sales Representative (Field Sales)Location

Job Summary We are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Representatives to promote advanced medical devices and build strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals. This is a field sales role offering an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and healthcare professionals.
- Present and promote medical devices and healthcare solutions.
- Educate doctors and hospital staff about product features and benefits.
- Assist during product implantation procedures whenever required.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Participate in medical conferences, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in sales or any field.



Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in medical device sales or pacemaker implant assistance will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to work in a field sales environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic English and Hindi communication skills. Gujarati proficiency is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
