Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Negotiate deals and close property sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





Required Skills
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of the real estate market.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential or commercial property sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
