Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to promote our products, engage with customers, and drive sales at retail outlets, pharmacies, exhibitions, events, or promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and demonstrate company products to customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to potential buyers.
- Generate sales by actively engaging with walk-in customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Ensure products are well displayed and shelves remain stocked.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
- Maintain records of daily sales and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, health camps, and promotional events.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales,



customer service, or product promotion.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Reporting To: Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager Experience: 0–2 Years

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Preferred Industry: Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, FMCG, Cosmetics, Wellness, Retail

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
