Job Summary

HI Tours Group is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Operations Specialist Short Haul to support the sales and operations function for international short-haul holidays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing holiday quotations, converting leads into confirmed bookings, coordinating travel operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through various sales channels.
- Prepare customized holiday quotations and travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on assigned leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve assigned individual sales targets.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, other travel partners for reservations and confirmations.
- Process bookings, travel documents, vouchers, invoices, and itineraries accurately and within timelines.




- Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements from booking to tour completion.
- Provide timely updates and assistance to customers throughout their travel journey.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the Team Lead when required.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and customer interactions in company systems.
- Work closely with the Sales & Operations Team Lead to achieve departmental goals.
- Stay updated on travel products, destination knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times.

Required Skills

- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Good understanding of travel sales and holiday operations.
- Ability to prepare quotations and manage end-to-end bookings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Experience in international holiday sales and operations will be preferred.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings efficiently.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
- A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
