Pick Your Trophies is a leading provider of premium trophies, awards, medals and mementos. We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Operations Executive to manage sales coordination, client relationships and day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on leads.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales orders.
- Coordinate with clients, production and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Manage CRM, sales records and order tracking.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support business development and generate new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate inventory, dispatches and operational activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of customer orders from enquiry to delivery.
Requirements
- Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Experience in sales coordination, operations, customer support or business development is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client orders efficiently.
