Role Description The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for residential projects, including identifying prospective customers, presenting project features, and guiding them through booking and closing. Day-to-day tasks include handling walk-in and referred clients, conducting site visits, following up on leads, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with internal teams for documentation and handover. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local networks to drive bookings and meet sales targets.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Malappuram,



requiring regular presence at project locations and the local market.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Proficiency in lead generation and follow-up activities, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present projects clearly and confidently.
- Experience in sales operations, including maintaining CRM records, preparing reports, and supporting the sales process.
- Exposure to channel sales, working effectively with brokers, agents, and other partners in the real estate ecosystem.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate effectively, and manage objections in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with real estate or construction industry practices is preferred; local market knowledge in Malappuram and Calicut is an advantage.
- Comfortable working on-site and engaging with customers in person, including conducting property visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use office applications and CRM tools for reporting and documentation.
