Job Title: Sales Officer (Tea Division)
Location: Delhi
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
- Manage distributors and expand retailer network.
- Achieve sales targets and increase market coverage.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of trade schemes.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and ensure timely collections.
Eligibility:
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 3 years of experience in General Trade (GT) Sales.
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Tea, Coffee, Dairy, or Packaged Foods preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and distributor management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and willing to travel extensively.
