Responsibilities

- Manage & grow social media channels — content calendars, posting & engagement

- Create short-form content: captions, carousels, reels & campaign assets

- Generate & qualify leads through digital channels and outreach

- Manage dashboards & track analytics — present weekly insights to the team

- Conduct market research on competitors, trends & target customers

- Support senior leadership in daily sales & marketing operations

Qualifications

- MBA completed or pursuing (Marketing / Business / Communications)

- Serious about a full time career in marketing & sales

- Comfortable with social media platforms & basic content tools

- Eager to learn by doing — takes ownership & shows up with ideas

- Can commit fully to the 3-month structured programme
