Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position based in Sangli. The role involves promoting Mridaya's healthy fast food offerings, identifying and approaching potential customers, and building strong relationships with local partners and retail outlets. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales activities, supporting marketing campaigns, conducting product demonstrations, and collecting customer feedback to improve service and offerings.





The position also includes providing training and guidance to team members on sales techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge, while maintaining accurate records of sales performance and market activity.

Customer

Service experience to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets. Training and Sales Management abilities to guide team members, support onboarding, and coordinate sales activities. Basic understanding of marketing principles, including local promotion and brand awareness. Ability to work on-site in Sangli, with good time management and organizational skills.
