Company Description KNS Restaurants began in 2013 in Kalewadi under the name “Pizza Town” and rebranded to “KNS” with the opening of a second branch in Kaspate Vasti (Wakad) in 2014. The main branch was established in Ajmera in April 2015, and has since become the central hub of operations.

Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase footfall, drive revenue, and strengthen brand awareness for KNS Restaurants.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and running local promotions, managing social media and digital campaigns, coordinating with branch managers on sales initiatives, and tracking campaign performance and customer feedback. The person in this role will collaborate with operations and management to design marketing materials, maintain consistent brand messaging,



and build partnerships with local communities and businesses. Regular reporting on sales trends, marketing effectiveness, and opportunities for growth will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in sales planning, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Experience in marketing strategy, campaign development, and brand positioning.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management and basic analytics.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality sales and marketing is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
