Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Identify and acquire current customers in industrial markets.

- Generate enquiries and convert them into profitable business.

- Explore new market segments and business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers.

- Conduct regular customer visits and understand customer requirements.

- Handle customer negotiations and commercial discussions.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Sales Operations

- Prepare quotations in coordination with internal departments.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.

- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.

- Monitor order status until successful delivery.

Market Development

- Study market trends and competitor activities.

- Identify opportunities for new product development.





- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.

- Expand business in existing and new territories.

Target Achievement

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.

- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions.

Reporting

- Prepare Daily Visit Reports (DVR).

- Maintain CRM/customer database.

- Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports.

- Present business updates to management.

Required Skills

- Strong B2B Industrial Sales experience
