Hotel Opulence Kalinga is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive room revenue, banquet sales, corporate tie-ups, and business growth. The candidate should have proven experience in hotel sales, client acquisition, corporate relationship management, and hospitality marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate corporate, institutional, and travel trade business.
- Achieve room, banquet, conference, and event sales targets.
- Develop new clients and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Plan and execute promotional and digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Banquet, and Operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and prepare sales reports.

Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–15 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
