Job Summary

Hotel Opulence Kalinga is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager to drive revenue growth through corporate sales, room bookings, banquet sales, event business, and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, excellent client relationship management abilities, and experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through corporate sales, institutional tie-ups, and strategic partnerships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Promote room bookings, banquet halls, conferences, meetings, weddings, and social events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and government organizations.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and property visits.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, contracts, and rate agreements.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, and F&B; teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Execute local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including social media promotions, email campaigns, and online reputation management.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records, generate sales reports, and provide regular MIS updates to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, trade fairs, and hospitality forums to expand the client base.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and after-sales service.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing or hospitality business development.
- Experience in corporate sales, banquet sales, or event sales will be preferred.
