Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Marketing Executive role based in Morbi.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will be responsible for identifying potential markets, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and project customers, and promoting FABIRO BATHWARE’s designer ceramic table tops. Daily tasks include conducting market research, planning and executing sales and marketing activities, preparing proposals, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for pricing, availability, and delivery, as well as representing the brand at customer meetings, trade events, and showroom visits.

Executive is expected to achieve sales targets and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in ceramic and bathware products.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, negotiate terms, and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Relevant experience in bathware, ceramics, building materials, or interior products is preferred.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and travel locally as required.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) is beneficial.

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
