We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth for both Wellness services and Infotech IT solutions and also any given service... The candidate should be confident in communication, strong in lead generation, capable of achieving targets, and able to work under pressure. This role requires travel for client meetings and networking activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads for wellness programs, corporate wellness workshops, IT services, and digital solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Meet potential clients, present services, and close deals...
- Build long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and business clients
- Identify new business opportunities
Marketing Activities
- Support marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Promote services through networking events, meetings, presentations, and references
- Work closely with internal team for branding and promotions
Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, meetings, email, LinkedIn, and field visits
- Maintain database of leads and follow up regularly
- Convert enquiries into confirmed clients.
- Client on site regular meetings.
- Own Team Handling
- Assist in hiring interns for marketing activities
- Guide and coordinate interns
- Support team in achieving targets
- Client Communication & Coordination
- Communicate professionally in English
- Additional languages (Tamil / Hindi / others) are an advantage
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Manage pressure situations and resolve issues effectively
- Travel Requirement
- Willing to travel for client meetings, corporate tie-ups, events, and networking
- Field visits as required.
