Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell CCTV, surveillance, security, networking, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, system integrators, and business opportunities.

- Visit customers and dealers regularly to promote CCTV and security products.

- Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other marketing activities.

- Explain product features, specifications, advantages, and pricing to customers.

- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market activities.

- Promote CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, Wi-Fi cameras, PoE switches,



storage devices, networking products, and other security solutions.

- Coordinate with the technical and service teams for customer requirements and product support.

- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.

- Maintain daily sales reports, customer details, and visit reports.

- Participate in product demonstrations, dealer meetings, and promotional activities.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of CCTV and security products.

- Ability to communicate with dealers, customers, and system integrators.

- Good negotiation and convincing skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willingness to travel for customer and dealer visits.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to prepare quotations and maintain sales reports.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
