Key ResponsibilitiesSales ManagementDevelop and execute monthly and quarterly sales strategies. Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets. Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, and deal closures. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
