Looking for a Sales Manager who worked majorly in HL/LAP, Home loans with 3 + years Experience The role involves strategizing, sourcing, and managing a high-performing team to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the SME/MSME lending landscape, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to develop business through both direct and channel sales.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business loan disbursement targets.

o Lead and manage a team of sales executives and relationship managers.

o Identify and develop recent sourcing channels (DSAs, connectors, digital leads, etc.)

o Drive business growth through client acquisition in the MSME segment.
